36/366 - Poppy Loves Stickers & Husband Lends Me His Camera

Today Husband let me use his beloved camera and even gave me a little lesson on using it :-)

Like most children, Poppy loves stickers. Trying to get her to pose for me  was quite difficult as she wouldn't put this one down and kept hiding her face behind it:

Here's hoping my pictures start to improve under the guidance of my lovely husband.

6/366 - Respect

Husband has always loved photography and loves taking photos. Recently he brought a very old Canon film camera and began taking and developing his own black and white photos. He is loving this hobby and has actually taken some beautiful shots. I love this one of my little Nephew William looking up at his Cousin Poppy. Such a gorgeous photo. She is oblivious to the way he is looking at her, totally engaged with watching cartoons.

I will have to do a post on his new hobby, gear and profile some of the pictures. They really are quite good.

Clever Husband Takes Photos

I have a pretty clever Husband. He has all the gear, has taught himself with the help of YouTube and various books and has got quite good at photography. Over the past few years he has taken some fabulous photos of our family, the girls and our friends with their families.

Today we went out for a little walk along Brixham breakwater. It was very warm but cloudy and he managed to get some fantastic shots. In fact they were so good I just wanted to share them with you all:

I think they look like they belong in a magazine, what do you think? Hoping tomorrow he will take some of all of us so watch this space.
