I have written lots about Poppy's love of ballet and her ballet lessons. At only three she is not yet graceful but she looks adorable and tries very hard. During her lessons she listens to her Teacher and tries very hard to copy her movements, whilst at home she does not stop dancing and twirling all day long.

Poppy and I enjoyed a lovely morning this morning. First I took her to ballet lesson which she loves. She has been reading lots of ballerina stories lately and has really got interested in it, telling anyone who will listen she is going to be a Prima Ballerina and she practises really hard.
To make her feel even more like a real ballerina I treated her to this gorgeous new tutu this week:
She felt very pretty and couldn't wait to show off her twirling.

After her lesson we needed to stop at Sainsburys where Poppy asked for a babyccino, she has been so good recently I thought it was a lovely idea so we had a quick stop. I enjoyed a coffee too and we shared a blueberry muffin....yummy!
What a lovely morning. We are all off out in a bit for the afternoon so watch out for lots more photos later.
Poppy has been doing ballet for a year now and absolutely loves it. At three she is not graceful yet but she does not stop dancing all day long. She spends day after day pointing her toes whilst spinning and twirling with her arms above her head:
She loves getting dressed up and has a range of pretty tutus to wear. Since doing a show at Christmas she now asks for a bun in her for her lessons too:
She really does enjoy it and now has some ballerina stories which we have to read each evening. Its lovely seeing her enjoy something which is good for her too. At the start she used to run around the room giggling with her friends but now she listens, concentrates and tries really hard:

Rosie can often be found trying to copy her big Sister so I think she might like to try it when she is a bit bigger too.
