OK, so on Day one of this programme I should have measured various bits of my body and recorded them. I got as far as doing my waist, hips and below my bust but was so disillusioned with the measurements that I did not go on.
Today after only six days I have measured these three bits of my body again and was amazed to see that I have lost 2 inches from my waist, 1inch from my hips and 1 inch from my chest. Pretty good going I think. Yeeehhhh! Well done me! Now spurred on I am going to measure all of me and record it on my little chart.
This programme is great. I can now see I have lost inches, I am enjoying the exercise and even looking forward to it, I have more energy, am sleeping well and generally feel great. If you are considering trying something that works....this is it!! I have not stuck rigidly to the diet because I am a fussy vegetarian but I have followed a low carb one. I did however, have a day off yesterday and ate everything I fancied.
